Travel time calculation

Travel time calculations are configured on the movement arrow between the Source and Destination nodes of the Material Flow Diagram in XECUTE Config. Stockpile, Staged Stockpile, Dump and Process nodes have Haulage properties to override the dump time for rehandle movements.

See Material flow movement arrows on how to set the haulage calculation method.

The travel time is calculated using the quickest route between the source and destination nodes. Sources include source nodes imported from the HAULSIM model and the centroids of activity areas that move material and are enabled for haulage.

Destinations include HAULSIM destination nodes and if imported, dump solid centroids.

Once the HAULSIM network has been imported into XECUTE, the program will automatically attempt to connect the activity area centroids to the closest haul network route. Network connection roads can be manually added and deleted to ensure all activity areas are joined to the haul network.

Any segment of the haul network can also be marked as closed for any period of the schedule.

Any changes to the imported HAULSIM haul network made within XECUTE can be reset by clicking the Reset button within XECUTE Config > [site name] > Haulage.

The travel time calculations can be adjusted using an expression in XECUTE Config > [site name] > Haulage.

Travel time reporting (Reporting Tab)

Haulage fields for reporting (Reporting tab) are located in the Data tab > Field List (menu on right margin) > Haulage folder. The truck haulage times are weight-averaged on mass, and reported in minutes.

Travel time publishing (Data Feed Out)

The travel time fields are available in XECUTE Config > [Site] > Site Management > Data Feed Out > Schedule Results > Mappings > Value Expression > expression builder > Haulage tab.
